With over 100 public events under our belt, Plane & Pilot has created more than any other virtual organization or individual in Infinite Flight, and is known as one of the community’s too event planners. We offer a wide variety of unique events ranging from airshows and landing competitions to ultra-realistic flights and pattern work meets, and host one every week. In a community that is stuck in a norm of flying and flyouts, our goal is to think outside the box and provide unique and creative ones that bring the excitement back to participating in events.
Primary events
Plane & Pilot’s primary events are some of the most creative and high quality events Infinite Flight has ever seen. We have created numerous events including competitions, test flights, airport hops, and more, insuring an amazing experience for each attendee. We hold these several weekends a month, so make sure to keep an eye out for them in events category of the IFC!
plane & pilot patterns
Based off of the original “Saturday Night Patterns” series by Cbro4, Plane & Pilot patterns is dedicated to pilots from around the world getting together and doing touch and goes at different places. Every few weeks, our staff team will choose an underrated airport from IFATC schedule and host a controlled pattern-only event at it for one hour in order to bring the community together while helping people get the landings they need. Make sure to check the events category of the IFC every week for these unique events!
Internal events
Still haven’t had enough of our events? Make sure to join our flying club where we host official internal group flights at different places around the world almost every week! Just keep an eye out for them in announcements section of our Slack!
Sponsored events
If you have an event that you want to be as successful as possible, make sure to apply for a P&P sponsorship. Partnering with us will help your event reach a wider audience and boast your attendance rate. Sponsored events will be advertised on our Slack, get assistance from the Plane & Pilot staff (when requested), and get to put our logo in the event description. Keep an eye out for sponsored events in #announcements on our Slack. If you want your event sponsored, please contact PlaneCrazy or Airbus_737 on the IFC before or after you post your event, give us a summary of it, and tell us what airport, sever, date, and time it will be at.
